How to Redeem Your Pre-paid Course Credits
You've purchased pre-paid course credits for our professional development courses, redeeming them is simple! Just follow the steps below to use your credits and enrol in the course of your choice.
Step-by-Step Guide to Redeeming Your Credits:

Log in to Your Account Visit our login page and sign in using your username and password. Once you're logged in, you’ll be able to access your personal account dashboard.

Activate and Copy Your Pre-Paid Code Underneath the login bar, you’ll find a link to the Pre-Paid Course Credits page. Click this link, activate your pre-paid credit, and copy the unique code provided.

Choose Your Course Browse through our course catalogue and select the course you’d like to enrol in. Follow the links to the purchase page for your chosen course.

Enter Your Pre-Paid Code at Checkout On the course purchase page, locate the discount or promo code box at checkout. Paste your pre-paid course code into this box, and click “Apply.” Your code will automatically adjust the course price to zero.

Complete Your Enrolment After entering your code, the course price will be adjusted to $0. Continue with the enrolment process by following the remaining on-screen instructions.
