This program reframes posture as a dynamic, adaptable process rather than a fixed ideal, helping you move beyond static postural correction and toward clinically useful reasoning and coaching. You’ll explore how posture emerges from the interaction of the nervous system, musculoskeletal capacity, habits, and environment, and how to assess and influence it using movement-based observation, symptom behavior, and functional goals.
