This is a really interesting little read which challenges my original training on posture and it's relationship to pain. Over the past few years I have read more and more research backing up Todd's opinions in this blog and so I thought it would be great to share this with you.
I think one way that therapists can help clients with chronic pain is giving them a new way to frame past experiences of injury, and better ways to respond in an emotional intelligent way to new injuries.
